In the second match of the day, Jan-Lennard Struff will take on Lucas Pouille from France in a re-match of the 2017 classic, when Pouille saved a match ball in the second round to go on and win the match in three sets and, in the end, the tournament.
Not before 3 pm, Dustin Brown will face young Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime. After his shocking win over Alexander Zverev, Brown is full to the brim with confidence and wants to prolong his run of success at the Weissenhof.
The first match of the day at Stuttgart’s Weissenhof is scheduled for 11 am and will be between Denis Kudla (USA) and Matteo Berrettini (ITA). This is followed by Stuff against Pouille.
The fourth and final match of the day, not before 5.30 pm, will see Marton Fucsovicx (HUN) take on Milan Raonic (CAN/6) for the final open spot in the semifinals.
